Quotation
Your agent builds a multi-service quotation (flights, hotels, transfers) and shares it with the customer.
Payment
The customer pays from inside the quotation. Apple Pay, card, Tamara, or bank transfer.
Booking created
On confirmed payment, a booking record containing every service is generated. No manual entry.
Vouchers issued
For each service in the booking, a standalone PDF is produced with confirmation ID, traveller info, and supplier details.
Delivered to customer
The customer gets a public link showing all vouchers, and can download each as PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Can a voucher be issued before payment?
By default, no, so every issued voucher is backed by a confirmed payment. A manager can override this for exceptional cases.
What if a flight time changes?
Your agent can edit the service inside the booking and re-issue the voucher. The new version carries a reissue date.
Do vouchers work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Each voucher is issued in the language selected on the quotation. You can re-issue in the other language later.
Is this available on all plans?
Bookings & Vouchers is included on the Growth, Pro, and Custom plans. Essential includes quotations and manual payment only.
